Cindy Hoo Tat Eng was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) on 1st Nov 2019 of Esthetic Medical Solution Sdn Bhd  (EMS).  EMS is a one of the prominent service providers in aesthetic certification, training, conference, and publication in Malaysia.

As COO, Cindy oversees the overall Sales and Operations to achieve excellence, continued improvement and optimization of business operations, business development and excellent in customer service.  Besides, she also provides her leadership in driving customer experience and operational excellence strategy.

Prior to her current role, Cindy was the Vice President of Group Customer Experience with RHB Banking Group. She has more than 35 years various leadership roles in Retail Banking, transformation projects, operational transformation, Programme Management, strategic planning, and customer relationship Management.
